Buddha Meditation Centre Winnipeg is a welcoming space for anyone seeking inner peace through mindfulness meditation and the teachings of the Buddha. We warmly welcome everyone, regardless of beliefs or background.

Quarterly Gathering

Day-Long Meditation Retreat

Set aside a full day for silent practice with the sangha. The retreat alternates between guided sitting meditation, slow walking meditation, a Dhamma talk, and a shared vegetarian meal offered by the community. Open to all — beginners warmly welcomed.
