Path to Awakening:
Mindfulness in Buddha’s Way.
A journey into the heart of mindfulness as taught by the Buddha in the Pāli Canon. Together we read the suttas with clarity and reverence — keeping the teachings in their original form while making them clear and relevant for contemporary practitioners.
Our primary focus is the Mahā Satipaṭṭhāna Sutta — the Buddha’s Great Discourse on the Establishing of Mindfulness. Whether you are a seasoned meditator or new to the path, these sessions are designed to support both your understanding and your practice.
