A weekly meditation class for anyone interested in learning authentic Buddhist meditation in a calm, friendly environment. No prior experience required — the session is guided step-by-step by a Buddhist monk, making it easy for beginners to follow.
Wearing white is a traditional sign of simplicity and serenity — but it is entirely optional.
