Ages 4 – 19

A warm Sunday-morning class for children aged 4 to 19 — where the Buddha’s teachings are met through stories, simple meditation, and honest conversation about how to live with kindness. Parents are always welcome to stay.
Each class weaves together a little meditation, a story from the tradition, and a short discussion of something the children can carry back into the week.
Children absorb far more than words. A weekly hour and a half in a quiet, friendly space — sitting still for a few minutes, hearing the Buddha’s stories, talking honestly about kindness — shapes something in them that lasts.
The monks teach in plain language, matched to the age of the child. Older youth are given more to chew on. Younger children are met with gentleness and play.
