Come as you are.
This program is suitable for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. You don’t need to be Buddhist. Any comfortable outfit is fine. The program is offered freely; donations are voluntary.
Sessions are guided live by a Buddhist monk, with a short Dhamma talk in simple language and a question-and-answer time afterwards. The environment is beginner-friendly, supportive, and calm.
We ask that all attendees treat others and the meditation environment with respect. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in being asked to leave.
Organizers occasionally take photos or videos for educational and social-media purposes. By attending, you grant permission for your likeness to be used. Let us know if you’d prefer to opt out.
